How to register to wholesale account

In order to start selling, you need register as a wholesaler using the form available on our website. Please complete all data in the fields that will be used to verify your account. After verification of the company, the account will be activated and you will be informed by e-mail.

Shipping orders: 

We're processing all orders from Monday to Friday. We don't have a minimum logistic requirement, we fulfill all orders. Orders placed on trade credit or paid online before 3 p.m. are shipped on the same day. We don't process orders based on payment confirmation. All products are being carefully packed to ensure that they'll reach the customer in perfect condition.


We send orders via DPD courier - DPD shipment prices start from 2.50EUR! When you order trampolines or garden tunnels, the shipping cost is multiplied by the number of packages that the trampoline/tunnel consists.

We're giving you opportunity to process the order on your own waybill which is necessary in case cash on delivery orders or Allegro SMART plan.
 

Logistics fee:

A logistics fee of 5 PLN net is added to each product. If these are two or three identical products, we add 2,5 PLN net to each additional item.

 

Returns:

We accept returns of goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment.

We charge an additional fee for processing the refund of 10 PLN net.

You need to send the packages at your own expense to the following address:

ISO TRADE - Panattoni Park, ul. Spółdzielcza 10, building no. 3  with the note "dropshipping return"

Please include the order number in the returned packages.

We refund the cost of the damaged products only, excluding shipping and logistics cost.

The refund will be made using the same form of payment as the original order.

 

Shipping instructions on your own Allegro Smart labels and others options

See how simple it is:

1. Add the product/s you wish to order.

2. We choose "own label" as the delivery option.

2. We go through all the process to the end, including payment for the order. Then we return to the home page.

3. At the end, we add a PDF courier label as an attachment to the order.

4. Everyday we collect parcels from the following courier companies. If you wish to send the order by any other shipping company , you need to order the so-called "driveway".
