Instruction:

1. Bend the metal plate in the center of the heart
2. In a few seconds, the inside will crystallize, reaching approximately 50-60 degrees
3. After cooling down, boil the heart in hot water for about 5-10 minutes so that it takes the form of a gel again and let it cool down so that you can use the heater again (bending the plate again)
