When the heart turns whitish and has cooled down, just put it in hot water and boil for a few minutes (approx. 5-10 minutes; don't be afraid of boiling it, nothing bad will happen to the heater - it is designed for this) and then let it cool down completely - and you can enjoy the heater again - now just bend the plate again (preferably in a different place - where slight cuts with a bulge are visible)

Instruction:

1. Bend the metal plate in the middle of the heart
2. Within a few seconds the interior will crystallize reaching about 50-60 degrees.
3. Once cooled down, boil the heart in hot water for about 5-10 minutes to turn it into a gel again and let it cool down before using the warmer again (by bending the plate again)
